Imagine an episode of Columbo where you are not just watching, you are actually a member of the cast, but wait,... you're not just in the cast - you are also one of the directors. Don't worry, you don't have to be an actor. You can participate as much or as little as you like. Go head to head with our characters or just sit back and take it all in.

What's different about Mysteries For Hire is that none of our mystery events are scripted. You select a theme for your event and from there we work with your guests and the location itself to create your unique experience. Even we don't know exactly what is going to happen.

Mysteries For Hire has several Murder Mystery scenarios to use as the starting point for your event. Choose a location, select a date and time, pick your scenario and let us take it from there. Birthdays, Corporate Events, Parties it's always a good time for murder.

Our events can be as much or as little as you require. We can produce anything from a fully interactive experience to a sit down dinner show. What kind of murder do you require?

• Q. How much does it cost?
  A. We specialize in mystery shows customized to your requirements, however we do have several ready-to-go mystery packages starting at $1500.
  
• Q. Do I have to act?
  A. No. You can participate at any level at which you feel comfortable.
  
• Q. How does the mystery fit in with the meal?
  A. Most of our events are structured around the meal service. In most cases the guests will arrive and mingle with the characters while the event scenario begins to unfold. The meal follows, during which the scenario continues. How is up to you. The solution of the mystery follows dessert.
  
• Q. How do I order my mystery?

• Q. Can I use my own location?
  A. For most of our mysteries you can select any location you like. We may need to review the venue to insure its suitability for the selected scenario.
